HOW TO SEND US YOUR PHOTOS (FOR CUSTOM ORDERS)
The more photos you send us, the better!
We’ll use photos of your cat to ensure accuracy in every detail of your custom urn.At minimum, we need 5-8 well-lit photos of your beloved kitty to accurately depict their portrait.
Please include the following:
• HEAD: Face looking at camera, both sides of head/cheeks
• BACK: Back of head/ears, full back, full tail
• SIDES: Both sides of cat's body.
Please include images in natural light (outdoors, in sunlight, near a window, daytime) when possible.
Send us your photos via email, a Dropbox link, or a Google Photos link.
PROVIDE INFO ABOUT YOUR PET (FOR CUSTOM ORDERS)
Please include a message during checkout with:
• Your pet's NAME, BREED (or general appearance), PRE-DEATH WEIGHT• Font number + color for name (when applicable)
• Any additional info you'd like to share about your beloved pet.

WHAT SIZE PET URN DO I NEED?
1 lb of live weight equals 1 cubic inch of volume (for both animals and humans).
At Long Love Memorials, we’ve designed urns to hold the remains of an above-average-sized cat, and small dogs (up to 28lbs /12.7kg).
Please ensure that our urn’s capacity matches your pet’s weight, taking into consideration additional space for the plastic bag of remains, our satin cremain bag (included), and any keepsakes.
We recommend selecting an urn at least 5 cubic inches larger than estimated to accommodate these factors.

WHAT URN SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer 2 urn sizes on our website:
- Our Signature Pet Urns
- 28 cubic inches (for 28lbs/12.7kg)
- For kittens, adult cats, small dogs.
- Addommodates full or partial remains.
- Our Keepsake Urns
- 6 cubic inches (for 28lbs/12.7kg)
- For kittens, or holding partial remains of larger cat.
- Perfect for sharing remains with loved ones.
Additional designs and sizes coming soon.

DO YOU MAKE URNS FOR DOGS?
Yes!
Our current dog urn option is the Sweet Shadow Small Dog Urn. This design can be made larger if needed, for an additional cost. New dog urn designs are coming soon.

CAN YOU TRANSFER MY PET'S ASHES INTO MY CUSTOM URN?
We understand the emotional difficulty of transferring remains. While we can't offer this service due to studio limitations, your veterinarian or funeral home can assist you quickly and often at no cost.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Ship times vary, depending on level of customization.
Our Darling Ivory Pet Urns are typically in stock, and will ship within about 2 weeks of ordering.
Customized urns are made-to-order, and will ship in about 6-8 weeks, in the order they were received.
Please visit our Shipping Page or contact us to inquire about current ship times, as they sometimes vary during peak months.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Yes!
We will include a small card with your purchase at no additional charge, upon request. During checkout, please indicate that your order is a gift, and write the gift message there, or send us a separate email.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BUYING MULTIPLE PIECES?
We do not currently offer discounts on multiple orders, however we will always combine shipping when orders arrive together. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us for further details.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY NEW PORCELAIN ITEM?
Please use care when cleaning and handling porcelain.
To clean smooth surfaces:• Use a soft scrub brush with baking sode + water.
To clean textured surfaces (the lid of our Pet Urns and all cat figurines):
• Gently clean with a soft sponge and soapy water.
Remove metal marks (by jewelry or silverware) with a product called BarKeepers Friend.
Avoid harsh cleaning agents or abrasive tools to prevent surface damage.
Long Love Memorials is not liable for damage from improper cleaning.
